What is the real advantage of 31.8 mm in Race? The larger the diameter, the less the handlebar will tend to "flex" under load. For powerful riders or larger builds, this translates into a far more direct feel of control and better force transmission.

Is it compatible with carbon forks? Yes, it fits perfectly on any 1-1/8" fork steerer, whether aluminium, chromoly or carbon (respecting the recommended torque settings).
