Perfect for replacing

"Perfect for replacing a SRAM X7 10-speed rear derailleur. The handlebar mount is included if needed. Precise and easy to adjust. It seems to perform better than its predecessor. As a bonus, it comes with a cable. In short, I’m happy I found it and that it was delivered in two days."

Works perfectly as a replacement

"Works perfectly as a replacement for an SRAM X7"

whether it remains at 9V, stays at 10V, or moves to 11V

"For me, it's a rugged, reliable bike that never lets me down on rides; I love how crisp, sharp, and quick the shifting is."

Woodman (5/5)

Top-notch

"Smooth gear shifts. Precise and quick—perfect fit for my brake lever."

Mc68 (5/5)

On a kids' mountain bike, this is a no-go: very difficult to get over

"I bought a META20 Comensal for my daughter, but I have to replace it because she can't shift gears: you need a strong lever arm to shift gears, so an adult's hand is required. . . So this model is not recommended for children's mountain bikes."

perfect

"Competitive at the listed price! Does exactly what it's supposed to do... nothing more, nothing less."

Precise and effective

"I switched from a SRAM X7 shifter to this GX, and honestly, I'm not disappointed. I'm also using GX on the rear, and the shifting is fantastic. Super precise, very responsive—nothing to complain about—and great value for the money!!"

Valking91 (5/5)

Overall, I'm disappointed with the GX V10

"On my X7 bike, I decided to switch to the GX V10 because I have GX V11 and XX1 on two of my other bikes. It’s almost identical and works much better, especially with a 46x11 cassette, but the big disappointment is that the GX V10 is a clone of theX7. Replacing the X7 with the GX V10 is pointless—they’re similar. It’s better to switch everything to the GX V11, which is similar to the XX1."

No more throwing it in the trash

"I can't get it to work. The derailleur cable got tangled up inside this shifter and ruined everything... I tried to take it apart, but I can't get it back together. It's weird."
