**If zero stars existed, I would have put it on. "**

"Perfect, here's an updated version of your **Google review**, incorporating your last well-spoken remark: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ New overshoes, right out of the box, and already torn at the heel. And yet, I'm very familiar with this type of product and their famous slip-on method (I've been using them for 4 years). The best part? Their customer service department explains to me, from a simple photo, that I've put them on wrong. Impressive level of expertise from a distance, too bad the quality of the product doesn't follow. I'm not asking for a refund or a gift, just a little common sense and respect for customers. But apparently, even that's too much. And to think that if **zero stars existed**, I would have put it on without hesitation. Unusable product from the start, but perfect for a good sketch about customer relations."
