A front-specific model for All-Mountain or Enduro e-MTBs, the SCHWALBE Eddy Current Front tyre offers optimal performance on the most technical trails.
It features large and robust knobs to take you on the most rugged paths. It has a differentiated front and rear profile to maximise performance. The centre and lateral knobs feature V-shaped notches for more precise, more responsive steering and better transfer of motor energy to the ground.
Equipped with the Addix Soft rubber compound prioritising grip, particularly at the lateral knobs, the Eddy Current is presented here with the technology Super Trail combining robustness, flexibility and lightness. The tread indeed uses a casing with three layers of materials. Finally, the tyre is entirely covered with Snakeskin protection, for incredible stability and reliability.

"THE TIRE you need for Vttae riding in the South of France. After tearing 5 tires in 8 rides, the Eddy current fit me perfectly."
Big, strong grip
"Bought for my big e-bike, because I had a lot of problems with "fuzzy" tires before, this one is top-notch: big, fat grip, on just about any terrain. And the ultra-rigid casing means you can lower the pressure without risking the rim. Its drawbacks: its weight? but I prefer a heavy, solid tire to a light one to which you have to add the weight of an insert and over-inflate to avoid problems. And its performance isn't excellent, but I suspected as much. Compared to its qualities, these shortcomings are not prohibitive."
Very good front tire
"After a Maxxis, I fitted this Schwalbe. It seems more solid, and its sidewalls are a little stiffer. So comfort is slightly lower at the same pressure (1.2 bar). But reliability is high and tracking is excellent. Crampons are serious, and you can tackle slopes without apprehension. The rubber seems durable and resistant, and finally the mounting is a little hard, but like other brands of mountain bike tires."
