Description

The rear wheel MAVIC COSMIC SL 45 DISC combines aerodynamics, responsiveness and manoeuvrability, specifically designed to optimise performance with disc brakes. 

Its 45 mm carbon rim, inspired by NACA profiles, reduces aerodynamic drag, promoting high speeds and instant accelerations. The lightweight design minimises inertia, while the butted flat spokes optimise the wheel's responsiveness and stability. The rim benefits from a strategically positioned Adaptive Lay Up carbon layer and local reinforcement at the spoke holes,

Thanks to the Infinity hub platform, spoke tension is optimised for better stability and efficient power transfer. The ID360 freehub system ensures instant power transmission, ideal for powerful accelerations.

The UST Tubeless system and its new 23 mm internal width simplify the installation of tubeless tyres, offering more comfort and manoeuvrability while reducing friction and the risk of punctures.

Thanks to its rigid and versatile design, it excels on all terrains, from rolling roads to mountain passes.
