No reaction from probike customer service
"Following an unfavorable review of this product because the quick-releases do not lock (too much play between the pin and the link), I was contacted by customer service asking me to provide an invoice, details of the malfunction and photos, which I did 15 days ago, and still no response from after-sales despite a reminder, I'm disappointed, especially since my invoice amounted to 164 euros. ... next time I'll order elsewhere."
