Description
La pair of brakes SRAM Code Bronze Stealth is the most powerful model offered by the American manufacturer! Offering an estimated 15% more power than the Guide, they are ideal for hard-core MTB riding. It's also ideal for electric-assist MTBs, whose heavier weight requires a super-efficient braking system.
Designed in forged aluminum, the Code's caliper houses 4 pistons of 15 and 16 mm diameter, even larger than those of the Guide. Thanks to the completely redesigned Stealth lever body, the brake line is closer to the handlebar for a sleeker, more modern riding position. The caliper is also compatible with the Bleeding Edge kit, which facilitates hydraulic bleeding operations.
The Matchmaker X-compatible lever features a tool-less adjustable guard, and allows you to set the contact point with the Brake Pads. Above all, it features the Swing Link which helps eliminate the dead zone of braking while preserving dosage, for a precise, powerful yet progressive feel. It also features tool-free Reach Adjust.
