Description

The FORMULA Cura 4 brake is an evolution of the Cura model: even more powerful, it is perfect for highly committed DH/Enduro riding!

This Cura 4 brake retains some of the key strengths of the original Cura, such as the axial master cylinder design. The ergonomic lever is made from forged aluminium. It offers a secure grip and effective action, with excellent feel and modulation. The reservoir layout and hydraulic circuit entry also simplify bleeding the (mineral) fluid.

The two-piece forged and anodised aluminium calliper integrates 4 x 18 mm pistons, providing an optimised contact area on the disc, which delivers exceptional braking power.

The Cura 4 Kashima benefits from Formula's extensive experience with the renowned Kashima Coat® treatment by Miyaki, already proven over many years on high-end suspension components. Applied to the master cylinder piston in their factory in Japan, this exclusive finish reduces friction, delivering an even lighter, smoother and more consistent lever feel in all conditions.
