Can I use this grease on carbon parts? Yes, its formula is neutral and will not alter the structure of the carbon. For areas requiring friction (seatpost, handlebars), however, prefer the specific "Carbon Gripper" assembly paste.
Is it suitable for wheel hubs? Absolutely. It's perfect for lubricating the ball bearings in hubs, giving them silky smooth rotation and an effective barrier against dust and moisture.
What's the difference with conventional lithium grease? In addition to being biodegradable, Muc-Off's Bio Grease is less aggressive on rubber seals. It offers equivalent, if not superior, durability in wet conditions.
Is this grease suitable for chains? No. For the chain, we strongly recommend using an oil (Lube) or a wax. Grease is too viscous and will attract impurities, damaging your transmission.
