Description

The frame Meybo Holeshot 2026 is the preferred choice of club riders and national competitors who seek the efficiency of a World Cup geometry in a premium aluminium structure. Built from 6061-T6 aluminium with hydroformed variable-thickness tubes, this frame offers an excellent compromise between remarkable lightness and proven stiffness on the most demanding tracks.

The Holeshot shares the design philosophy and dynamic behaviour of the brand's top-of-the-range carbon models. It integrates cutting-edge technical details such as oversized rear chainstays to optimise power transfer when pedalling, as well as a tapered head tube for an ultra-precise front end. Its finish delivers a classic "Racing" style — clean and highly elegant.

What is the main difference between the Meybo Holeshot (Alu) and the Meybo HSX (Carbon)? The Holeshot uses 6061-T6 aluminium, which offers excellent stiffness and very high durability at a much more accessible price than carbon. Although carbon is slightly lighter and stiffer in lateral torsion, the Holeshot aluminium frame offers an extremely similar pedalling response and remains an absolute reference for lining up at the start of a French Cup or a Championship.

What type of braking can be fitted to this Holeshot 2026 frame? Depending on the configurations in the Meybo Holeshot range, the frame integrates the necessary mounts for modern, powerful braking. Adult versions are generally optimised to accommodate a disc brake calliper, while some children's sizes remain faithful to the classic V-Brake standard. Be sure to check the specific version according to the chosen size to match your components.

Is the standard Euro (BSA) bottom bracket shell an advantage? Yes, for the sizes equipped with it, the threaded Euro bottom bracket is particularly appreciated for its reliability and ease of fitting and maintenance. It allows the vast majority of BMX Race cranksets on the market (24 mm or 30 mm spindles with the appropriate bearings) to be installed without any risk of creaking.
