Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon tyre 29x2.35 Exo Dual Tubeless Ready folding bead is, like it, intended for competition Cross-Country, but it is designed for very fast dry terrain while maintaining grip and control. Lower down, its knobs adopt a semi-slick profile for lightning-fast acceleration and optimal efficiency.

In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, this tyre also features Exo sidewall reinforcement, providing additional protection against abrasion and tearing.

Good tires, but be careful with the brakes!

"Mounted at the rear. Very good performance (obviously given the profile of the tire) on the other hand, leaves something to be desired in terms of braking. In terms of wear, I've seen better, but it's not too bad. In terms of resistance, it's a maxxis with classic protection. No punctures so far. Best for XC or all-mountain use. Not for enduro".
