Dedicated to aggressive riders, the tire MAXXIS Minion DHR II 27.5x2.60 Exo+ 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready with soft bead is designed forEnduro/Freeride competition on dry to loose terrain.
Completely redesigned, it offers even better performance in acceleration, cornering and braking. Triple tread compound MaxxTerra tread compound offers an excellent compromise, with better traction and more grip than the MaxxSpeed and better performance than MaxxGrip.
This version features the Exo+ reinforcement, which combines Exo and SilkShield reinforcements for total protection against abrasion and tearing, and can be fitted with or without an inner tube.
Ideal at the rear, it can be combined with the DHF at the front, for incredible efficiency.

"Just got on the mountain bike, the quality seems to be there, all that's left is to try it out".
"I've been riding Minion DHR and DHF for a long time. So I recommend them, they're perfect!"
"Very good tire with incomparable grip. All-season use."
"excellent, hard-wearing tire offering very good traction in mud and which doesn't wear out too quickly on my VTTAE"
"I've been using MAXXIS tires on my muscle mountain bike for a year now, and I'm delighted with them. However, I've just had two unfortunate experiences with the MINION DHR II 27.5x2.60 Exo+ 3C MaxxTerra. I tore two sidewalls in a row in less than 1000km on my "elec" mountain bike. Since weight isn't an issue, I'm going to switch to a DH-type SCHWALBE for added strength."
"It hooks, it's solid. ... I took the new Exo+ reinforced version, to be seen over time. Replacing a Rekon in 2. 8, it's the same width in 2. 6, it's obviously not an XC tire but it can do everything: TransV, Sunday touring, alpine touring, enduro racing... . Just a word of caution on this width: it's very sensitive to pressure + or - 0.1, which modifies its behavior."
"Tire mounted at the same time as a DHF on my vttae, so far I have not ridden much (a little over 100 km) but first impressions are very good in grip and traction and lead less performance than a more reinforced carcass; to see in time for the resistance of this new exo +, but for now very satisfied with the product. Easy mounting with a compressor."
