Description

Developed in collaboration with DH rider Troy Brosman, the MAXXIS Dissector 29x2.40 WT Exo is designed for Enduro or All Mountain riding on dry, fast and loose technical terrain. The knob design is optimised for excellent grip on hard ground when braking and maximum lateral traction on technical terrain.

Ultra-durable thanks to its 60 TPI Exo casing, the Dissector is also equipped in this version with a dual compound blend offering good grip. It is also available in a Tubeless Ready version mountable with or without an inner tube.

Very good rear tire

"Very good rear tire (I tested the front and I don't like it, I find the control bad). Did about 1000 km on the single dirt and gravel of the Gard. Good value for money at this price. Service station inflator essential to get it "slammed".

Good grip, good performance

"I put it on the rear instead of a Maxxis Ardent. It has much better grip, the studs have a good profile but it's flat enough to maintain good enduro performance. It's mounted at the rear in combination with a Maxxis DHR 2 at the front, a very versatile and safe set-up in all conditions, from wet to dry. I haven't yet tried it in very greasy conditions".
