Reviews

The most efficient compact pump

"I have it without the pressure gauge. More efficient than my Specialized. For backpack only. Yes, it doesn't fit in the SWAT box on my bike. A hair bigger but it inflates to the top and all your energy goes into inflating and no more into holding the mouthpiece or even the pump. All the advantages of a foot pump in a compact pump. With top-of-the-range Lezyne quality."

Super pump

"Super pump. Lightweight, reliable, great presta and schrader fittings. A little long but fits easily into a backpack. It's easy to inflate even 2.5" tires because it's really used like a mini workshop foot pump."

The best pump I've ever had

"I've been a bicycle tourer for years, using Schwalbe Marathon Plus HS440 50-559 tires. They are virtually puncture-proof, but the pump is used to keep them inflated to 5 bars for optimum performance (at 4 bars or less I feel the loss on steep climbs). Conventional pumps held with both hands don't allow you to exceed 2 bars without being a Musclor, so it's essential to have a portable one on foot to reach sufficient pressure. For some years now, I've had a Topeak ROAD MORPH G which satisfied my needs but was getting tired, the plastic not withstanding the West Indian sun, the steel screws not withstanding the torrential rains, and the slightly seized-up pressure gauge moving by jerks of 1 bar. This one seemed better, and once I got my hands on it, I couldn't get over the quality of the workmanship: most of it is metal, dural or stainless steel, especially the parts where the plastic had broken on the other. The pressure gauge suits me for high pressure (it's much better than the finger) and if necessary I check with my Schwalbe Airmax pro pressure gauge. On the pump I prefer a mechanical gauge (not electronic) for durability in rain and sun. The long hose is really handy, as you don't need to position the valve very close to the ground. The handle is really small and lacks ergonomics, so it's better to keep the mitts on. Topeak's toggle is better, but on another model I suffered a broken pivot that injured me, this one seems sturdy at least."

Lightweight and high-performance

"Lightweight pump with very good inflation capacity. Ideal for trips with large-section tires."

Giblu (5/5)

Does the job

"Does the job but nanometre not accurate. Good inflation capacity. Ideal on u. Viyage a velo"

Jpi (4/5)

Super pump

"Super efficient pump with sufficient flow to avoid spending two hours re-inflating after a puncture in the pampas."

Kazou41 (5/5)

Very good product

"The product is very high quality in terms of materials and finish. I haven't had a chance to try it in real life yet, but the pump looks really practical. As I've heard in several reviews, the handle is a bit small but more than enough. I don't regret my purchase at all".

Tontonhino (5/5)

Compact product that exudes quality

"Compact product that allows you to carry a foot pump in your backpack. Only small drawback: low pressures are not readable with the pump indicator. Very good quality."

Tof57 (5/5)

surprisingly light

"Very nice quality. Fits very well in panniers for bikepacking with tubeless (slams my Maxxis very well). Downside: anemometer really not very accurate."
