The LEATT Velocity 4.0 X-Flow goggle is designed to solve the #1 problem with mountain bike goggles: fogging and overheating. Unlike traditional masks with closed frames, the X-Flow features an open mesh structure on top and bottom. This allows maximum airflow, almost as if you were wearing sunglasses, while retaining the full eye protection of a DH mask.
It's equipped with the WideVision (170°) lens, which offers an exceptional panoramic field of vision. Like all Velocity goggles, the lens is bulletproof (tested to military standards), guaranteeing absolute safety against stone projections or branches.
Is the screen easy to change? Yes, Leatt's clip-on system enables you to change the screen quickly to suit the light conditions (clear screen for the forest, mirror for full sun).
Is it really anti-fog? That's its greatest strength. Between the chemical treatment of the screen and the open structure of the frame, it's one of the most fog-resistant masks in the world, even during intense physical effort.
Can I use "Tear-offs"? Yes, the screen is equipped with studs for installing tear-offs or a Roll-Off system if conditions get really muddy.
