The tire HUTCHINSON Touareg 700x40c Reinforced Tubeless Ready Flexible has been developed for maximum versatility.

By bringing together all its know-how Road and MTB, the brand has created a tire that's durable, high-performance, grippy and capable of following you around the world. The successor to the Overdrive model, the Touareg features larger, more widely distributed studs for exceptional protection and grip.

In spite of this, this tire retains excellent performance on Road. Grouped into "small-blocks", its numerous small studs guarantee incomparable comfort and velocity on rolling or engaged sections.

This tire features a flexible, lightweight 127 TPI carcass. It's also reinforced with Reinforced technology, which incorporates a nylon layer on the sidewalls and ground contact patch. Combined with a thick tread compound, this proven Cross-Country reinforcement protects you against stones, pebbles and other sharp contours encountered during your Gravel outings.

Good dry tire

"A tire I've known for a few years. The small studs mean it performs well and has a minimum of lateral grip. I think it's great for riding on dry roads. But I took off one star because the one I received has all black writing on the sides and is "made in china". It's not the first time that on my hutchinson tires the provenance is a real lottery (the previous one on my gravel is well "made in france")."
