Reviews

Friction on the eyelets

"The disc's eyelets were rubbing against the caliper clamping washers. I had to file down the washers."

Benoit (3/5)

Very good

"Great, another great product from Hope, as always. Just one of the discs arrived scratched."

Spiriite (4/5)

Compatible with MT07

"Great and compatible with my Magura MT07s. Install using Alligator Centerlock adapters"

Blam (5/5)

Hope, but only hope

"Improved braking performance, but be careful—the mounting holes are . . . huge, so they aren't compatible with many calipers."

Mr. D. (4/5)

Hope is still perfect

"Excellent braking, perfect CNC machining. I highly recommend it."

Dadoumaoui (5/5)

Hope floating brake rotor for Hope brakes—that's it.

"Aesthetically pleasing and well-finished, but that's about it... I tried installing them on a Mega Nukeproof equipped with SRAM Code RSC—they didn't fit; the disc's mounting holes hit the caliper. Then I tried them on a Remedy 7 equipped with Guide—same result. So don’t let anyone tell you they fit with most brakes—that’s not true. On some models, they slightly limit the caliper’s movement; it’s an aberration. Hope floating rotors with Hope brakes—that’s the real deal. Too bad."

Guests (2/5)

Hope, then—top-notch

"If you're looking for rotors that offer great braking performance, can withstand high temperatures without warping, and last a long time, go for Hope floating rotors. They're in a whole different league from those cheap knockoffs that wear out after just a couple of sets of pads."

Carbon-14 (5/5)

Hope Disc

"Great disc, no wobble—but the finish and aesthetics are terrible. That's all there is to it."

Died77 (5/5)

Hope floating discs

"These Hope rims are absolutely amazing—they're as beautiful as they are effective. The only downside is the price, which is still pretty high—maybe even too high—for what they are. But hey, with these rims, the bike looks incredible, so I'll let them slide."

Clement83 (4/5)

at the top for years

"Top-notch for years! Style, braking, overall quality"
