The handlebar SPANK Spike 800 Vibrocore is a model of DH model combining the strength and value of aluminum with the comfort and performance of carbon.
Developed in collaboration with riders Tracey and Mike Hannah on the World Cup stages, this handlebar designed in Super6 MGR aluminum, benefits from Vibrocore technology, a complex foam that limits and diffuses vibrations, and avoids the phenomenon of resonance. As a result, the rider is less affected by the terrain, performing better for longer by reducing fatigue in shoulders, arms and hands.
In terms of geometry, this handlebar features an 800mm width coupled with a 30mm rise, the ideal compromise between control and performance.

The 800mm length is fine for touring, but be careful when riding through trees; otherwise, I recommend this product. "I bought this handlebar mainly because of the yellow and black color scheme, which matches my Mavic Crossmax XL LTD wheels. I also like the sandblasted finish. I haven't tried it out yet because I'm building a bike from scratch and haven't finished it yet. I think it might be too wide for me and my riding style, but the cut lines are there if I need them (up to 3 cm on each side). I can’t wait!"
