The Fizik Transiro Aeris Short Distance R1 is a top-of-the-range saddle specially designed for short-distance triathlon (S/M format) and time trials. It is designed to provide maximum support and perfect stability for athletes adopting a forward-tilted aerodynamic position.
Fitted with 7x9mm oval carbon rails and a carbon-reinforced nylon shell, the R1 version prioritises lightness and stiffness. Its profile features a progressive central cut-out channel and reworked Type 1 foam padding — thicker at the nose and firmer at the rear — ensuring optimal relief of sensitive areas and maximum power transfer.
