Description

Designed for the American brand's 1x12-speed groupsets, the SRAM Eagle single chainring X-Sync 12S Direct Mount 3 mm Offset has the advantage of being lighter and simpler than the first models, as it does away with the spider fixing system. In addition to these advantages, this system also allows a wider choice of tooth counts to be fitted by removing the right-hand crank

Made from steel for greater strength than aluminium, this chainring delivers incredible efficiency thanks to X-Sync 2 technology. The thickness of each tooth is machined with extreme precision to fit perfectly to the inner and outer chain links, and the large square serrated edges allow faster chain engagement than conventional triangular teeth, for optimal control and absolute efficiency.

It is offered here in a version with a 3 mm offset for Boost mounting.

Offset 3 or Offset 6?

"Hello, I have a Rockrider XC900. I'd like to know whether I should go with a 3mm or 6mm offset. Thank you."

"Identical to the original tray, but stronger and more durable"

To replace a 34-tooth gear

"This replaces the same chainring that had 34 teeth. It better suits my needs on trickier sections."

SRAM 32-tooth single chainring

"Great product—works just as well as the aluminum models"

Mimil24630 (5/5)

To replace the original one on the XC100S

"Haven't taken it on any long rides yet, but it fits just like the original on my Rockrider XC 100 S. The website is always reliable."

Jerome13 (5/5)

It's not as noisy

"It's a great replacement for the stock 30-tooth chainring, which is too heavy when paired with a 50-tooth cassette. And it gives you a bit more speed on flat terrain."

Yoyo52 (5/5)

30-tooth steel sprocket

"As a replacement for the original 32-tooth chainring on an XO1. Provides great performance on climbs for beginners."

Dadouxt94 (5/5)

12V but not 15V

"Well, it's just a chainring—great design, thinner than the aluminum ones, which I prefer. It doesn't matter if it's 30 grams lighter, and it has the option to adjust on the fly if there are rocks on the singletrack."
