L' caliper adapter PM / IM HOPE is the part that enables a 200 mm disc to be mounted on an International Standard (IS) frame at the rear with a Postmount-type caliper, or a 220 mm disc to be mounted on an International Standard (IS) fork with a Postmount-type caliper.
