This double-ended cable is compatible with Sram and Shimano drivetrains. They benefit from a high-grade, pre-lubricated (LEX) sheath that features linear steel strands used to encircle the Slick-Lube coating, creating a compression-free housing.
The low-friction stainless steel STS cable is pre-stretched, then extruded to eliminate rough edges and achieve a smooth, friction-reducing surface along the entire length.
