Description

The PRIDE Control V2 20" (451) Wheelset is a set specially designed for BMX Race, combining efficiency, stiffness and reliability for riders seeking a high-performance wheel on the track. This wheelset pairs Control Expert 6061-T6 aluminium rims with PRIDE Control hubs to achieve a balanced build capable of withstanding the intense demands of explosive starts and repeated accelerations.

Thanks to their 6061-T6 aluminium construction with T6 heat treatment, the rims offer an excellent compromise between lightness, strength and efficiency. Their double-wall construction improves the overall stiffness of the wheel while ensuring good capacity to absorb the stresses encountered on BMX Race tracks.

The PRIDE Control hubs complete this build with a high-performance engagement system. The mechanism comprising 6 micro-toothed pawls delivering 180 engagement points allows for fast and efficient power pickup, ideal when exiting corners or accelerating out of jumps. The Polish finish also provides a premium aesthetic integration on custom BMX builds.
