Description
Developed exclusively for BMX Race, the PRIDE 20" (406 mm) Carbon Wave Gloss White Control V2 Disc Wheel Pair combines lightness, stiffness and performance. The Wave CFR rims in Toray T700 carbon benefit from a specific design incorporating a square reinforcement at each spoke head to accept higher spoke tension. Their low 22 mm profile limits wind resistance while optimising stiffness, making this pair perfectly suited to the demands of competition.
The Pride Control V2 hubs, CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, are designed to deliver instant power transfer thanks to a 180-point engagement system using 6 micro-toothed pawls operating in groups of three. Compatible with ISO6 disc brakes, they deliver excellent responsiveness at the start as well as during sprints. The front wheel is designed for a 20 mm through-axle, while the rear wheel uses a 15 mm through-axle with a Shimano freehub body.
The 31 mm wide rims are Tubeless compatible and accept tyres from 20 x 1.40" to 20 x 1.85". The UD Gloss White finish with under-lacquer stickers provides a refined look while keeping the weight to a contained 1,780 g per pair. This design delivers a high-performance, reliable and particularly responsive set for riders seeking maximum efficiency on BMX Race tracks.
