Steps

  1. Grease the bottom bracket and housing to facilitate assembly.
  2. Start engaging the bottom bracket in the frame by hand.
  3. Finish pressing the bottom bracket into the frame.
    Probikeshop tip: make sure that the housing retracts straight throughout this operation to avoid damaging the frame or housing.
  4. Remove the press and clean off any excess grease.
