steps
- Remove the rear wheel.
- 01:30 - Hold your MTB cassette in place using the chain whip.
- Undo the lockring using the cassette tool.
- Remove the cassette from the freehub body.
- Clean then grease the body.
Probikeshop tip: take the opportunity to check the condition of the freehub body. - Fit the new cassette.
- Finally, tighten the new lockring to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
- Refit your MTB wheel.
Your cassette is now fitted. After a few MTB rides, it will be necessary to check the tightening.
