This competitive triathlete was frustrated by the lack of connectivity between cycling devices: his cycling GPS, his heart rate sensor and his cadence sensor were all connected to different platforms. Chip harnessed the power of Apple's first phone to create the Wahoo ANT+ key connected to the iPhone's port. This solution allowed him to synchronise data from the various sensors to his smartphone. He then went on to develop the other connected devices in the range.
