Description

The Qubo Power Mag home trainer offered by ELITE is a connected (non-interactive) model offering excellent value for money with its eight resistance levels and numerous data points, making it an ideal training trainer for cyclists on a tight budget.

Very easy to set up, thanks in particular to the Fast Fixing system, the Qubo stand provides excellent stability for great riding comfort.
Its design is as simple as it is effective, combining a magnetic brake with an oversized flywheel for superior efficiency, and an Elastogel-coated roller to reduce noise and increase tyre grip.
Finally, the built-in dual ANT+ / Bluetooth connectivity allows speed/cadence/power data to be instantly sent to other devices for in-depth analysis of your training sessions, while also making them more engaging thanks to the Elite My E-Training mobile app. This trainer is also compatible with most third-party apps such as Zwift, BikeEvo, TrainerRoad and KinoMap.

"Being my first HT, I don't have much to compare it with. But I'm very happy with it. I pair it with my Garmin edge 830. It detects the HT sensors well, but I've never been able to get the HT mode to work in my computer with it. It's not too bad, but what's the point of the HT mode if I can't get it to work (well, I think it's more a problem with the computer than the HT). On the other hand, I had a lot of trouble calibrating the HT speedometer. I was doing 200kmh. There's a precise value to enter in your speedometer. A table is available on the Elite site (in my case, a 700mm wheel, I had to enter 94mm in the speedometer). I recommend this product. Easy to set up, beautiful... the only thing is the difficulty control, which seems to be of mediocre quality. But that's a detail."

Ht Elite Qubo/ good value for money

"Mounting the bike on the machine was a bit tricky. But with common sense, you get the hang of it. Have the quick-release that corresponds to the device otherwise impossible to fix it. The Ht is silent, which is very pleasant. In fact, the flexibility of the system gives us a feeling of being on a bike, which can be surprising. Connectivity with the device is no problem on the iPhone 6S, so you can make faster progress and share your session on Strava."
