• The 27,5" offers an excellent compromise between maneuverability and agility, ideal for trail, theall-mountain and theenduro.
  
• More dynamic than the 29", it facilitates changes of direction, jumps and technical passages.

• In DH and committed enduro, it remains appreciated for its playful character and its control in tight sections.

❓2. What width and type of crampons should I choose?

• 2.20"–2.35" → for fast XC and rolling terrain.
  
• 2.35"–2.50" → versatile trail/all-mountain, good grip/performance compromise.
  
• 2.50"+ (2.6 to 2.8) → “plus” format: maximum grip, comfort, but a little less performance.

• Low crampons → dry terrain, speed.
  
• High + spaced crampons → mud, brittle soil, roots.
  
• Mixed profile → for varied terrains throughout the year.

❓3. Which carcass, which rubber and which assembly to choose?

• Lightweight casing (XC) → for performance and climbs.
  
• Reinforced carcass (EXO+, SuperTrail, DoubleDown…) → for stony terrain, enduro or powerful riders.

• Hard eraser → durability + speed.
  
• Soft gum / multi-gum → optimal grip when cornering and braking.
  

• Tubeless mounting → highly recommended: better traction, comfort, puncture resistance and lower pressure.
